Shipping Policy



Many items ordered that are listed as “In Stock” will ship the same day if placed on a weekday prior to 12PM MST / 3PM EST. Orders requiring additional verification (i.e.: incorrect information, part numbers, fitment, etc.) may need additional processing time. Items listed as “On Order” or “Out of Stock” typically ship by the estimated ship date listed on the product page. These estimated dates are not guaranteed with our current Pandemic Restrictions and are subject to change periodically. Our staff monitors backorders to ensure your order ships as soon as possible.


 The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the current Pandemic Restrictions, shipping method and the service level selected. Expedited shipping is guaranteed on 'In Stock' products only. Drop Shipments and non-stock items will ship out as soon as they become available. When selecting a shipping method for your order, please keep in mind that some carriers do not work on weekends or holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except for holidays observed by the selected carrier.  For specific delivery estimates, you can use a tracking number if provided regarding detailed information on the carrier’s website or you can also contact one of our staff members to assist you. As a rule, FedEx transit times are as follows:

  • FedEx Next Day Air - Delivered within 1 Business Day
  • FedEx 2nd Day Air - Delivered within 2 Business Days
  • FedEx 3-Day Service - Delivered within 3 Business Days
  • FedEx Ground - Delivered within 3-5 Business Days


If an order is placed for a product that is labeled “On Order” or “Out of Stock”, we will keep your order in our system and inform you as soon as it becomes available. The Edge Automotive will only split your order into multiple shipments at your request or if ordered through multiple suppliers, without notification to try and get your products to you sooner. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out-of-stock item, please contact us, be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if both shipments do not qualify for free shipping.


If you wish to have your item(s) shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays. Please allow additional time for your order fulfillment when shipping to an alternate address. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact a staff member.


If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our Staff members immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. To fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. The Edge Automotive is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.


Tracking numbers should be emailed once an order has been processed and shipped. However, in some cases an item is not “In Stock”, The Edge Automotive may choose to have it shipped directly from the manufacturer so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible. In this event, a tracking number will not be provided but if one is needed, we would be more than happy to get one upon request.

Any revisions to our Shipping Policies will be posted on this page and any other page we deem necessary to inform our users of any changes made. We reserve the right to modify our Shipping Policies at any time. If you chose to use a different Delivery Carrier, we will not honor any warranties or damages caused thereby. Your continued use of the Site following any policy revisions constitutes your acceptance of and agreement with the changes made.
