RETURNS POLICY

CANCELING AN ORDER:

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, and you will need to begin our RMA process by: emailing info@theedgeautomotive.com to have the item returned there will be a 30% restocking fee on all products. There are NO returns of FOX shocks once the packaging has been opened, and NO returns on Wheels once tires have been mounted. 

REFUSALS, UNDELIVERABLE, ADDRESS CHANGES, REDIRECTS:

A $50.00 service fee and any additional shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. International Orders: Duty, Taxes, and Fees incurred during return will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to return an item, it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.

DEFECTIVE & WARRANTY:

The Edge Automotive does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, most of the products available through our website are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. The Edge Automotive shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages because of product defects. The Edge Automotive does not cover miscellaneous expenses including, but not limited to labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, or storage fees.

If you wish, you may contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage, otherwise you may contact a member of our staff for assistance.

RECEIVING THE WRONG PRODUCT:

If you have received the wrong product, contact our office at 888-850-3343 and email photos of the incorrect part and labels to info@theedgeautomotive.com, Monday-Friday 9am-4pm Mountain Standard Time. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  You, and or your mechanic, are responsible for making sure the part is the correct part for your vehicle before installation; we do not refund 3rd party charges, i.e., installation costs, prep costs, painting cost or any other cost associated with installation.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS:

If your package was delivered to you damaged or missing parts, please call the carrier who delivered your package immediately to document the concern. Take pictures of the damaged container, labels, and parts, and email them to our office at info@theedgeautomotive.com. Please include your sales order number and the customer name the order was placed under. Our Staff will then contact you as soon as possible. Do not install or attempt to install anything you receive damaged. Once installation is attempted all warranty and claims are null and voided to replace the damaged part.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Missing packages must be reported to The Edge Automotive within 24 hours following notice of delivery. To account for late deliveries by the carrier, or errors in delivery, we require a 3-business day waiting period before filing a missing package claim. If package shows delivered, The Edge Automotive may request a police report to be filed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your account has your current shipping address and other correct contact information to ensure proper delivery or exchanges of products.

NON-REFUNDABLE:

Original shipping fees, including any free shipping promotions.

RETURNS:

*ALL PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL NOT BE REFUNDED* ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION IN ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO AND ARE SUBJECTED TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 30%. IF A RETURN IS SENT TO ANY OTHER LOCATION OR PICKEDUP BY A STAFF MEMBER YOUR RETURN MAY NOT BE PROCESSED.

1. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by The Edge Automotive are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages.

2. An RMA number can be obtained from The Edge Automotive by sending an email to info@theedgeautomotive.com with your name, invoice number, and part number of the item(s) you are returning.

3. A refund will only be made if your request for an RMA is obtained within thirty (30) days of receiving the item(s). Any return after thirty days will not be authorized. 

4. Returns must be made within 60 days of the original invoice date, NO EXCEPTIONS.

5. Absolutely No returns will be accepted on installed, or otherwise used products due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing, off-road, and performance vehicles. All Wheels need to be inspected prior to mounting a tire on them. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel the wheel is unable to be Returned. Manufacturer’s warranty on wheels also states any defects must be discovered before tires are mounted on wheels. 

6. You are responsible for paying any original and return freight charges.

7. DO NOT USE MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING CONTAINER.

NON-RETURNABLE – 

CLEARANCE ITEMS, SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS, PROGRAMMERS, SCRATCH AND DENT ITEMS, web site garage sale and APPAREL:

The Edge Automotive will sell items that are not eligible for return. These items include tires and wheels that have been mounted, any electrical items including lights, programmers and calibrators, custom items, special order items or items labeled as clearance, web site garage sale or scratch and dent. These item sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While the clearance or scratch and dent items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) cracks, tears, scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both The Edge Automotive and the manufacturer from all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Clearance, Web Site Garage Sale or scratch and dent items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

The Edge Automotive also sells unique or custom order items that are often made to order and/or are considered special order items. These items are ordered in on a case-by-case basis. Consequently, custom, or special-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs.

GIFTCARDs/ certificates:

Gift Cards and Certificates cannot be returned and may not be redeemed for cash. The Edge Automotive Gift Cards/ Certificates are issued and managed by The Edge Automotive and can only be applied to purchases from The Edge Automotive and is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of a new order/product exceeds the value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards are not for resale and may come with an expiration date. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

PRODUCT REFUNDS:

1. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund.

2. RMA’s issued within (30) days of receiving the item will have a refund processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment.

3. Once your return shipment has been received and approved your return will be processed.

4. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 3 - 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing practices.

5. The Edge Automotive does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for our Free Shipping Promotion will not receive a refund for the original shipping charges. Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment.

By visiting or purchasing from The Edge Automotive, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions, including those set forth on this page. Any revisions to our Return Policies will be posted on this page and any other page we deem necessary to inform our users of any changes made. We reserve the right to modify our Return Policies at any time. Your continued use of the site following any policy revisions constitutes your acceptance of and agreement with the changes made.
